Large 300 GSM cloth for drying and streak-free surfaces

The "Ultramicron HD" from Innovacar is a large, highly absorbent microfiber cloth (300 GSM, 54 × 48 cm) for drying and general vehicle care. It absorbs a lot of water, covers large areas, and works softly and streak-free. Not for coating application — it is too absorbent for that.

Innovacar "Ultramicron HD" is the large, particularly absorbent microfiber cloth for drying and surface work. With 300 GSM and 54 × 48 cm, it offers plenty of dense, soft fibers: it absorbs large amounts of water, covers a large area in one pass, and leaves a streak-free result thanks to its fine microfiber — even on smooth surfaces. This makes it suitable for quick drying after a wash as well as for general wiping. For you, this means a highly absorbent, large-format cloth that speeds up drying and reduces wiping motions — and therefore the risk of scratches.

Practical tip from Detailing1: A 300 GSM cloth is the compromise champion — absorbent enough for drying, fine enough for streak-free surfaces. We like to use it as a "second drying cloth" after the large XXL to remove residual moisture from gaps, trim, and mirrors where water tends to run out. As with any cloth, the rule is: do not rub, just absorb, and wash immediately after use.

Application: Drying and detailing

After washing, gently dry the surface or absorb residual moisture. For faster beading, apply a spray sealant such as "SC0" Hydro Sealant beforehand.

Limitations: Not a coating cloth

It is too absorbent for thin coating application — use the "Micron Suede" for that. For drying very large vehicles in one go, the "Micron XXL" is even more generous.

Care

Machine wash at max. 30 °C with "SM" Micron Shampoo, without fabric softener.
